This plan includes a 2-hour consultation in your home to discuss your unique needs and opportunities.  Within 3 business days, you will receive an email with your room-by-room DIY plan with detailed recommendations for staging to sell.  

If DIY seems overwhelming, we can do it for you!  We work with what you have and offer stress-free occupied staging.  We can manage the process from beginning to end.  The 2-hour consultation fee and plan is $350 and we will provide you with an estimate for executing the plan.  

This service includes an in-person consult to discuss your dreams for your space.  Within 7 business days, you will receive a 3D layout, design board and detailed plan for your consideration.  After your input, you will receive a list of all recommended purchases, links/locations to purchase, and detailed instructions on where and how to install them to get the space you love!

We can design your space virtually! This services includes a virtual consult, 3D room layout, design board and detailed purchase and pricing list.  

This service includes an in-person consult to discuss your dreams for your space.  Within 7 business days, you will receive a 3D layout and design board including finishes. During construction, we will support your contractor with any design decisions or adjustments that are needed.  

Some clients want help with project management of the entire remodel.   In addition to the services offered with CONSULT, DESIGN & FINISHES, we will serve as the primary interface with all vendors, manage schedules and coordinate all work with you.  Our team will be on jobsite frequently to supervise install and vendors.
